PROPOSAL OF PROJECTS
 
BIODIESEL OR ECOLOGICAL DIESEL:
Patented in the registers of SE.NA.P.I.

This project contemplates the production of ECOLOGICAL DIESEL from the extraction of oils of any vegetable origin. Since our country  produces a wide variety  of oleaginous species as sunflower, soy, avocado, palm, cotton and others, and certainly the market for this products is very restricted, it was found  convenient, after several chemical tests, market analysis and field tests, to promote this project which, as you can see is profitable if we start the process from raw material and besides extracting a very effective fuel of industrial and motor use, it is also possible to extract products derived from it such as soy bean flour, margarine, glycerin and glycerin soap, also a potent detergent of industrial use and  biodegradable.

You can also promote systems of production of biodiesel in small scale for the oleaginous producers, the reduction of expenses that our country would have from the grant given the hydrocarbons is remarkable and also the DIESEL provision would be more even for all the nation.

RECYCLING TIRES WITH INDUSTRIAL PURPOSE:

We refer to recycle rims, cameras, tires of every size and of every characteristic and mark, not to the process of recycling without changing the structure.

We call this process recycling and it consists of several phases among the most important: dividing, cutting, pulverizing, and separating the components like rubber, steel, nylon and other. Later, once obtained the raw material, by chemical and physical processes, we re-use it adding other components for the production of rubber products of high duration and effective yields for the industry, civil construction, automobile parts, accessories for mining, accessories for agriculture and other where products of rubber of high resistance, durability and economy are needed.

Although it is of emphasizing that bordering countries recently started research and implementation of these technologies, and rubber could be provided as raw matter by us, we believe that in our country we can elaborate the same products and at low prices, besides that many work sources would be generated and what is better: "Bolivian industry."

This project as such is applicable to all the departments of the country since you can find transportation everywhere in big or smaller proportion but anyway whatever the size of the plant or the project, it will be profitable, of course if we would end up accumulating a large quantity of raw material we can also use it in asphalt layers with the same and better results than with tar and gravel.

Especially if we take in account that tire rubber has sulfur, nitrates and others that grant bigger resistance and durability to it.

RECYCLING OF GARBAGE WITH ZERO WASTE

This project is what we could name PROFITABLE ECOLOGY due to the wide variety of utilities that it would provide so much for the company that would develop it and for the low cost of the material to treat in general and what is more important the great quantity of qualified manpower available.
Nowadays we see a lot of people that carry out works of manual gathering among the garbage in the cities; they do this in order to survive for only some cents, although the proverb says: '' the garbage of some it is the wealth of others''.

After a long investigation we could find that the use of garbage in the best of the cases gets up  to 20% and this is made by homeless people (the gatherers) the rest is deposited in drains with little or no treatment capacity and what is worse provoking contamination in a long or short term. As prove we have the old Llojeta dump, an area which received thousands tons of garbage without any treatment but simply burring it, now we see the consequences of this in the geologic instability this brought to the area.

The proposal we have is to completely receive the garbage, with qualified people carrying out the separation and classification under norms of security, and once classified, and all the solids extracted, the organic material would be processed after a brief and quick process of fermentation in tanks, combustible gases as the methane and others would be extracted, then the alcohol that is extracted of this and once this process concludes all the material almost without scent nor risks would be re-used as a rich organic fertilizer, improving the agriculture production systems substantially and returning the natural fertility of the soils.

PLANT OF TREATMENT DE TRIOXIDOS AND SULFUROS

The plant of sulfurs and oxides to trioxides treatment was born after seeing and  carrying out several research works in which it was found that zinc, arsenic, gold, silver and others are wasted; due to the composition of our mountains it is common to find piriferous material that attracts precious minerals inside.

Regrettably these materials are not treated by their content in sulfurs, arsenics, iron and other, they are discarded in rivers or piles of accumulation denominated “colas”, with the consequent contamination of soils by arsenics and acids. This proposal of plant project is guided to the construction of a system of conversion for arsenics, sulfurs and others to trioxides, in order to, once carried out the process, commercialize them and extract the precious minerals by processes of gravity flotation or lixiviation.

The resulting trioxides of this process are precipitated in appropriate filters for these materials, and once accumulated they are sold for the different uses given in the industry in general.

The project contemplates the gathering of materials with auriferous and argentiferous contents either by purchase or by agreements with producers that don’t get any profit of this processes since they don't have the treatment system for calcination and trioxides precipitation and the systems of recovery of precious metals are still antiquated or very polluting because they don't have the adequate filters to avoid environmental damage.

Besides taking advantage of the precious metals and trioxides, iron in interesting quantities and silica will be left, which have use in the industry of construction and others.

In this moment we are in phases of research of other projects, such as:

BIOGASOLINE or also denominated ecological gasoline,

SYNTHETIC BRICKS and others applicable to the construction in general.

FURNITURE MADE BY INJECTION PRE-MIX OF RESIDUAL WOOD, furniture and accessories of civil use produced directly on designed molds.

We already have all the necessary information and designs for the immediate launching of the projects outlined. These are applicable in any place of our country or where it might be required to generate work sources, viable and profitable industry, given the existence of raw material, in other words where there are cities these projects are viable.
